really great how “master race” has become like an inescapable part of the online lexicon for mundane shit. love how people act when youre like “hey you can probably find a better phrase to describe like, your favorite kind of [product]”
you open up someone’s blog and the first three posts you see are: “REJECT MODERNITY, EMBRACE TRADITION”; a photo of a muscled Aryan man contrasted to a drooling, dented-head caricature from 4chan; and a meme declaring themselves to be a member of the “master race”. you have five seconds to determine whether this person is an active reactionary or if they’re just using the most popular online culture made by active reactionaries. too slow!
